 BIOGRAPHY

Originally from Aberdeen in Scotland, Simon went to Glasgow University for a 4 year Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, then received a government funded bursary to study in England for a Masters in Automotive Product Engineering at the Cranfield post-graduate University.

After graduating Simon worked as an engineer at the Motor Industry Research Industry Association in the Midlands, in various departments, before settling in the project management department. As well as working on commercials, Simon worked on a series of Idents for Universal Pictures which were finalists at the 2002 Soho Shorts Film Festival in London, losing out to Steven Spielberg's Idents for 'Catch Me If You Can'.

After spending three years in Perth, Western Australia, Simon lived and worked in Melbourne for two years as an actor, improvisor, stunt performer and film-maker, and is now based in London, UK.
